“Best decision to move to a Mooncup! The first try it did feel slightly uncomfortable getting it in and out but the second time using it I remembered to breathe and relax and it was so easy and not as messy as the first try. And it’s great knowing it’s environmentally friendly as well as healthier for me.”

Dont have to worry about buying tampons every month, can feel great about doing my bit for the environment, and can forget about watching the clock or worrying about changing a tampon. I have never experienced a leak even during sport and maybe its coincidence but my period pains dont seem anywhere as bad. Wish I'd discovered these earlier.”

“Honestly the best decision I've ever made - if you're sat on the fence go for it! It amused me no end to be told that turning thirty meant my pelvic floor was about to self-destruct and I'd need to get the bigger cup, but I followed the advice and it's perfect. “After years of tampon use I was very hesitant to try a menstrual cup. After much research I decided the Mooncup would be the one to try. OMG why didn’t I try this sooner! A few emptying mishaps but second period of use and my technique is massively improved. I’ve had no leakage and literally forget I’m wearing it. It took a bit for me to work out how short I needed to trim the stem but I got there and glad I persevered. Not for squeamish ladies as it can be a little messy at first. So shocked at how much my tampons were ‘drying me’, I didn’t expect as much to collect in the cup. I’m on a mission to reduce my waste and help towards saving our earth and I can honestly say this is my best eco swap yet!”
