Wish I’d made the switch years ago! It took a couple of try’s to get the fit right, but once I was confident I trimmed the stem down, and now the Mooncup is so comfortable that I don’t feel it all. The thing I like the most is you can leave it in place for a lot longer than tampons and I found I don’t always need to empty the Mooncup when out and about.

I've been meaning to try a menstrual cup as i have heavy flow for at least 3 days out of 7 and i always have a day where i can't or don't have a chance to change tampon, or it spills out on the side and frustrates me, nevermind the cost of them, sometimes forgetting refilling etc. And let me tell you, best decision i have ever made. Life changer. I can't express how happy and confident it makes me that i don't have to worry about it and empty when i can or i feel maybe it's time. This is my 3rd session with the cup, and only had an accident once-purely cuz i didn't insert it well and the vacuum didn't work, my fault entirely. Was easy to learn how to use it, i would have a panty liner on, just in case, but since i got the hang of it, i can do the whole process in like 5mins. You can't feel it it's there either. Totally recommend to anyone who is fed up with tampons and strings and accidents.

I've been using the Mooncup for about 15 years now, and this is my fourth (number 3, which expired naturally, was a size upgrade; number 2 was because I let number 1 boil dry on the hob). I would never consider going back to non-reusables. The Mooncup saves me (lots of) money, is minimally detrimental to the environment and is a cinch to use.

I am loving it! It is not my first experience with such a cup, but I find the silicone in this one softer to work with (this is especially important for me as I suffer from endometriosis and get a lot of pain during my period). It's also cool cause it allows me to swim every now and then. It's great for the planet, and I would love to see these types of products more popular. Like for instance, why can't we buy them in a shop or at the pharmacy? Ideally, we would have as many of us chosing to use it to reduce waste and get in touch with our blood!!!

Loving my new mooncup. I previously used a smaller size and accidentally burned them while sterilizing them. Then I tried switching to another brand but it just doesn't quite fit me, so I switched back to Mooncup. Never look back ever since.

My first cup 12 years ago was Mooncup. I’ve tried others but keep coming back. It sits well and never lets me down. A reliable, trustworthy product. From A Big Fan, Melbourne, Australia

Fits inside well, i had to trim the stem quite far down to nearly the cup so it didn’t rub. No leakage! Easy to use with a bit of lubricant.

I was dubious about switching to a cup but I can tell you it's the best decision I've made and I only wish I had done it years ago. Once you get the hang of inserting and removal. It's made a difference with my cramps as well as my flow.
