Dear Daniella, there is a small gap with an arrow on the clasp (bracelet). Insert the tip of knife or even a fork & lift the clasp open. Once open the clasp can slide up & down the watch bracelet, to set the clasp at your desired position simply push the bar back down which will lock the clasp.
