“It's difficult to give a proper rating as I haven't made a claim. However I thought it would be reassuring to have it. Not that I would have to pay and then try reclaim afterwards.”

“I have an annual policy with Questor. My experience with them has been excellent. On my first hire under their cover (from Heathrow with Green Motion) I had scuffs on two wheel deckels for which Green Motion charged me £380. The claims process through Questor's claims handlers Orchard was easy quick and mostly online. I received a full refund. Subsequently I have hired cars three more times but in Mallorca and without incident.”
