“It was very easy to complete the form to obtain the insurance. The terms and conditions are relatively straight forward to understand. I have used them three times in the past 18 months.”

“Good value policy, so much cheaper than getting excess insurance from the car hire company. I had to make a claim when I was on holiday in Italy and it was settled without a fuss.”

“Easy to buy, coverage looked good. Unfortunately I needed to make a claim on the fourteenth of August. It's now December 24th and apart from a request for further information two weeks after the claim was submitted I have yet to hear back from you!”

“Easy to use, help at the end of a phone and competitively priced. Used for the last two holidays in Australia and the insurance seemed to cover all the parts not covered by the car hire hire companies. Never had to make a claim and so cannot comment on how that was handled.”
