If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“Impossible to make a claim. Lost my insurance excess and made worse by having a policy which couldn’t claim on. Tried multiple times through the website but policy number not recognised. No way to contact them. Put me off renting a car again.”

If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“I needed to make a claim. I tried on their website it did not work. I emailed them and it took over two weeks to get a reply. Would never use them again, didn't bother with the claim, as I didn't feel it would be worth it.”
