“In all honesty I cannot vouch for what happens during and after a claim. As a customer who fortunately has not had to claim all I can say is the process of purchasing the premium was easy and well thought out and the cost seems very reasonable. I have to hope that in the event of a claim, they would be as efficient.”

“The policy seemed to be just what I needed and covered me for excess on car hire. As with all insurances, the quality of service from the insurer is not normally known until a claim is made. So far I have not had to make a claim.”

“Whilst I don’t like having to take this insurance, I did decide to take it for the first time earlier this year. The cost charged by rental companies was huge. I decided to take out an annual policy. The process of buying was easy. The second time I had a hire car it was damaged (not by me!) and I was forced to pay the car excess. I then made a claim. It was online, a little bit clunky, but didn’t take too long. After one clarification question, the claim was agreed and a few days later the excess refunded. I was pleased I’d taken the insurance”
