“You never know how good insurance is until you need it. I had damage to a car I new nothing about, but presented everything to the insurance company and they have settled without hassle. Perfect service.”

Marion, Thank you for your review, A 3-star review would tend suggest some dissatisfaction with the policy purchased or the claims procedure, however from what you have said it does seem as though you were happy with the policy, however the claim was simply not worth your time or effort. This being said, I'm sure your policy offered you great peace of mind when driving your rental car, and in the event you had a larger claim, and based on other reviews, you were confident that Eversure would deliver in this area. “Easy to buy, good price and provided peace of mind. But we didn't use it and the only true test of insurance companies is how they treat you when you claim. I did give them feedback that it was nearly impossible to meet their conditions in the case of an accident and they said they would review them. Why did it need me to do this?”
