“Had an issue with a car hire company in Italy. Considering how reasonably priced the policy was I really expected issues, but having never had to claim through insurance before these guys were easy to deal with and understanding of the situation. Did have to exhaust other options first (credit card company), but they did pay out. Would use again!”

“One of the cheapest quotes I got when I searched on comparison websites. When I unfortunately had to make a claim, I was impressed by how straightforward the process was. There's a number of documents to send over, but it's all clearly laid out in their policy details. My claim was processed in the expected time, and I was reimbursed in full.”

“Compared a few providers and CHEW were a balance of good cover and competitive. Easy process. Haven't made a claim yet but saved a fortune on the cover provided by rental co's. Just have to stick to your guns at the collection desk sometimes (quite often actually!). I see loads of people get pressured into rental company insurance when they've already got sufficient cover”
