“Easy to use website. Took out insurance to cover our car hire in Croatia. Massive savings compared with the insurance offered by the car hire provider. Unfortunately we weren't able to travel but received a full refund.”

If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“I have used carhireexcess several times over the few years when hiring a car I holiday. They have always been reasonably priced and their website easy to use. This year I had to make a claim as I scratched the bumper on the rear of the hire car, this was dealt with promptly once all the relevant paperwork and images were uploaded to them and I received the money within a week. I would recommend using Car Hire Excess”
