“I have bought excess insurance from Carhireexcess many times and have always found the product to meet my needs completely, to be very good value, and to be easy to purchase. The current site, in my opinion, is excellent and needs no improvement. However if other customers would like to see satisfaction ratings included then this should be done. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim so I cannot comment on the performance of the claim process.”

“I didn't need to make a claim on the policy for our car hire from Lille, but the fair price for cover took away all the recent concerns I have had hiring cars abroad previously - particularly in Spain. A great improvement to my previous hiring experiences when I didn't have such cover.”
