“Policy met my needs. I did make a claim and this was reasonably well handled. Claims rely on sending pdf copies of documents so you need a scanner and you need to send several emails as the attachments are too large for one email.”

“I took out an annual policy with Carhireexcess.co.uk, which was very easy to do. Unfortunately I recently had to submit a claim after I was charged for some minor damage by a holiday hire car company. I was pleased to find that it was also easy to submit my claim which was dealt with promptly and paid in full. I am therefore very happy to recommend Carhireexcess.co.uk.”

“Your staff were at all times helpful and made requests for information and provided responses on a timely basis. The requests for information required was understandably detailed but precise and the payment of the claim again handled on a timely basis. Because of the huge excesses required by European car hire operators you provide a very useful service.”

“I never had to make a claim so I hope in the event where I may have things would have been sorted out quickly. Easy to take out the policy though and it gave me peace of mind.”

“Did exactly what I needed it to. I had to make a claim which required a bit of back and forth and a bit of a wait for the money to come through (claim was over the busy Summer period). Money did come through however and I would use again.”
