“Initially I was wary about getting collision damage insurance. However after seeing how much cheaper it was than from the hire company, I took a chance. Thirteen days latter I returned to my hire car ( which I parked at hotel and didn’t use the whole holiday) To my dismay the car had been damaged. After getting all the police reports, hotel verification ( that it was parked in a locked compound) I reported it and claimed on insurance. Wow! They were brilliant, expected some money to be taken as my portion of the claim. But they paid in full , less than a month latter. Can’t fault them.”

“At first I thought that they were making obstacles to not pay,after I put in a claim for a slight accident in Spain, but they were just being very thorough,I was a bit annoyed that it took over three months to settle the claim,but in honesty some of it was my fault by not responding quickly,so in hindsight a fair and honest company”

“So much cheaper than waiting until you pick up a hire car and gives great piece of mind. Of course, the car hire firms don’t like it! I’ve not had to make a claim so can’t comment in that.”
