Many thanks for making us aware of this situation which seems to revolve around difficulties in communication with BigBlue. As you know, and with your approval we did contact BigBlue, who asked their underwriters to review the situation and resolve it. Hopefully that process is now well underway. Thank you for your review, A 3-star rating would tend to suggest slight disappointment with the policy you selected, however from your review it seems the policy has only been rated 'average' because you have not needed to claim, and you are happy with the policy chosen. We are confident in the insurers featured on our site, and that in the event you were charged and needed to claim back through BigBlue, that they would delivery and you would be reimbursed!
