“Well worthwhile compared to rental firm's excess insurance. Easy purchase. Good on claim for damage. Claim process requires documentation for everything. As with any claim /dispute on car rental, patience required.”

“Car Hire Excess Insurance - certainly much cheaper than taking out the insurance normally offered by the car hire company at the service desk ( not sure why anyone would do that considering the cost ). Fortunately we didn't have an accident or damage the call in any way so can't comment on how Bettersafe would perform if called upon.”

“It is difficult to write a review for a product that I thankfully never had to make use of but considering the car rental company wanted to charge me €100 excess insurance the price I paid is excellent value for money. Glad I researched the tactics these car hire companies use before I travelled abroad.”
