“Unfortunately, I can only rate Bettersafe Car Hire Insurance as 'Acceptable', because fortunately I didn't need to make a claim on this policy. Unless you need to make a claim on an insurance policy, I don't see how anyone can ever rate the pure purchase of an insurance policy any higher. Yes, the person selling the policy might entertain you, the web site and user interface might be awesome and the policy documents might have a lovely font. However, the acid test for insurance companies and their policies is whether they pay out for a valid claim, without asking the customer to jump through all sorts of hoops, whilst trying to find any reason not to pay out! Saying all that, I would probably be happy to purchase a Bettersafe Car Hire Insurance again for the right price.”

“Luckily I didn't need to make a claim as the car hire went without a hitch. But I will use Bettersafe Car Hire insurance again as it is so much cheaper then paying the add. cost with the hire car company. To buy the cover online was easy and straightforward.”
