“Good value for money Had to use our policy, process was straightforward and contact was efficient and timely, including a follow up when the final claim had not been placed after a period of time (was still awaiting final bill). Claim was paid out in full, including a non Sterling charge to the credit card associated with the payment - this was without prompt. Only real way to rate an insurance product is when it is used. Our experience here was excellent”

“The purchase process was easy and simple. I did have to call upon the claim process and again I was very satisfied with the process, As it turned out I had a disputed claim with the Hire company Goldcar in the canaries Bettersafe could not have been more helpful they logged the potential claim while I disputed the charge with Goldcar via my credit card company. Obviously this was not a straight forward claim from the excess policy as the dispute with the car hire company and my credit card company took a few months. Bettersafe were brilliant holding the pending claim file open until we had a result from the credit card company. I submitted the claim with Bettersafe and kept them in the loop with the progress of the credit card company claim. The end result was that I didn't need to claim against the policy as the credit card company resolved the false claim made by the car hire company Gold car. I would certainly recommend Bettersafe and their staff. I would strongly warn against using GOLD CAR hire. Thanks Bettersafe and in particular Rebecca Etheridge”
