“Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) I can't give 5 stars as I have not had to make a claim. I have taken out two separate policies when renting cars because quite frankly the rental companies try to completely rip you off so they offer a necessary service. I will definitely use again because it is a cost-effective alternative to the excess waivers offered by the car rental companies.”

“Glad I took out this insurance as I scraped the bumper of my hire car so needed to make a claim. Had to send quite a few documents to support my claim, including my credit card statement showing the payment made for the damage. Once my claim was submitted it took about 4 weeks to get the money back - 2 months since the ‘incident’ date.”
