“Great product and service. Simple, fast and professional. The only thing I would suggest is to make some options while purchasing things clearer. E.g. I purchased the bracelet and one of the options was to personalise it. First impression was, "oh wow, does it customise the bracelet with the message/name?". I didn't see any further info explaining what this was, perhaps I missed it. That being said, making this clearer will allow costumers to know what they are getting and not be disappointed when they realise the personalisation did nothing. I did not see the message/name anywhere on the product or cards that came with it. Otherwise this was an excellent purchase and service. Very happy with the bracelet.”
