“Unfortunately they felt like boats on my feet. I’m a size 5 and these were huge, had I known I’d have ordered a 4 . Returning them is a bit of a mission compared to other stores. I don’t live near a physical store so must do it via post, which means a trip to the nearest post office, and I’ll have to pay for return which I expect won’t be cheap as they’re shoes. I won’t buy shoes from here again if it’s going to cost me so much for something I can’t wear.”
