“When opening the packaging the boots were in there was a terrible foisty smell. On closer inspection, the boots are fine but the laces are mouldy - and smelly! I emailed customer services on Sunday but am still waiting for a reply. It’s very disappointing as the boots themselves are fine, but certainly won’t be keeping them or re ordering them due to the very unpleasant mould/foist situation.”
