“I was looking for a leather sole and so rang the customer service team to make sure. I was told that most definitely the sole was 100% leather. This information is not shown on the product description. I ordered the shoe on the information provided by the customer service team. Having received the shoe I was really disappointed to discover that the sole is rubber not leather. I will be returning the shoes .”
