“Rubs a little on heel at first”

“I love the pewter colour and the knot on the front of the shoe. The backs rub on the heels making blisters even with socks on,and when my shoes arrived there were a couple of small blemishes on the outer side and tongue of the leather where the pewter colour was missing. I chose Moda in Pelle as they had exactly the shoes I was looking for. I first saw the shoes in a shop in Leeds, unfortunately they didn't have the pewter colour in my size - however the lovely male assistant got straight on the phone to customer services and said they could send them overseas. I live in Croatia and the shoes arrived in less than a week. On inspection the left shoe had a couple of blemishes on the leather where the pewter colour hadn't taken, unfortunately these were in a prominent position on the shoe. I rang customer services immediately and was asked to supply photo's of the shoe, a couple of days later they emailed me to ask if I would accept a 40% discount for the inconvenience, as sending the shoes back from Croatia would have been very costly. I have managed to disguise the marks on the shoe - so it was a win win situation. The refund was back in my account in a couple of days, so I was delighted with the customer service I was given.”

“love the colour and gorgeous bow 0 I happened to park right outside the shop, saw the Annie shoes and went in and bought them, and as it was my birthday I received a 25% discount - perfect :-) great customer service from girls in Northallerton branch”

“They look brilliant - a great addition to any casual outfit If you are going to wear them for a long period of time i would suggest "breaking them in" I researched the products online and the range looked great The Harrogate branch is lovely and the staff are fantastic”

“These shoes are so comfortable. I love the soft leather. I have had loads of compliments too. Usually you have to choose style over comfort or vice versa. Not with these babies. They go with everything. I want another pair. Wish they did them in baby blue. at all. I love the leather and quality of the shoes. I have walked past the shop in northallerton and was so tempted. Once I went in couldn't resist. The shop assistant was lovely so helpful. She couldn't do enough for me. She was patient and brought out many pairs of shoes for me to try before I made my decision. There was a lot of choice.”
