“None I was sold 2 different colour shoes. Thought they were top quality shoe shop. The sales girl didnt even show me both the shoes and at £89 you would expect them to be perfect, then when i took them back to the farnham store the gave me a £10 voucher which only lasted 1 month and you have to spend £40 to use it, how disgusting is that.”

“It was a new shop in Henley which I called in to see what they had. The first pair I bought I was a little uncertain of their comfort so I was told to take them home and wear them on the carpet. This I did and found they were not comfortable enough so returned them with no problem. I chose another pair which I found were perfect.”

“The bows did not exactly match up. I had to do some slight pulling to get them to look the same. Same comment as above. Looking for this style of shoe and found them slightly cheaper the similar carvella ones.”

“Love this shoe, goes with skirts and jeans. So comfortable. The lovely leather squeaks a bit till it warms up! Style and comfort, lovely colours All good from ordering to delivery and kept informed when shoes ready for collection.”
