“Lovely shoes, I also have them in navy. Unfortunately the fit was totally different between both pairs of shoes. The navy size 5 exactly right, black ones much too wide and long. I do own three pairs of your shoes which I really like but I’m embarrassed having to return shoes bought on line due to size issues. The young man in the Norwich store is wonderfully understanding but never the less it makes me reluctant to keep purchasing them on line. Thankyou.”
