“I now have 2 pairs of the Bezzie boot and they are beautifully designed. The leather is so soft and mould to my feet which means they are super comfortable. Would love them in all the colours.... one day!!”

“I purchased these boots and arrived promptly but the finish on the right boot is badly stitched. I called customer service and said they could not help me with this query and that I had to send email and then someone would be in touch. I left to go on holiday leaving this unresolved and I’m not back until the 9th and feel let down but i do have 30 days. I hope that this can be resolved quickly and feel these should not have been dispatched without checks considering these are expensive boots and want replacement sent as soon as possible.”

“Lovely boots but a very slim fit. I don't take a wide fit shoe and I'm going to return these. I tried them in with the thinnest socks and they are so tight across. Shame as they are a nice boot.”

“I never received my order. The courier refused to leave the item in a safe place, reported that they’d attempted delivery 3 times which is absolutely not true and returned the items to yourselves. They even took a photo of another parcel delivered that day by another courier?? I have reported this and was promised a refund which I have not received.”
