“I found purchasing these shoes very very hard. Spoke to a lady on Thursday as my email was not recognised!!!!!( I have purchased many shoes) who said she could not take payment until next Monday- seems silly for a company of this size. I did try several times to purchase on line - no success. Eventually I got through to someone on the Monday who took my order and I paid - shoes are fab as usual. Yours Frustrated Jacky Bellman”

“So comfortable and a classic smart shoe, I have them in more than 1 colour, the only downside to them is, after only wearing a few times the heel wears down very quickly, meaning I have to take them to the cobblers to be re heeled:(”
