“I always take a size 5/38 but these shoes come up very large. Even more disappointing this company charge for returns. I cannot afford to order a size down in case they are too small. I really think free returns for shoes is a must if you want the business. This has put me off making any further purchases.”

“I bought the 5 first of all - I usually take a 4.1/2. The 5s were far too big so I gave them to my niece and then ordered the 4 for myself which fit perfectly. We both adore them.”
