“Bag seems a cheaper version of what I expected and I will be returning. I am very disappointed with covid returbs process, your stores are not accepting returns yet you expect customer to pay to return..very poor service from a high end store !!”

“Beautiful bag, lovely colour, looks elegant. Shoulder strap is a little wide and too long so won’t be using it. Would have been excellent if the handle was a little longer so it could be used on your shoulder. However, won’t stop me from keeping it and using it as a handbag as it is beautiful.”

“Love the bag, but I was expecting it to be shopper sized. Could have done with being shown off on a model to give the true size. I will keep it as it is very pretty.”
