“I enjoyed the lemon sorbet mochi today as a sample and it was delicious - not too sweet, very refreshing, and moreish like a cookie with the chew of the mochi skin :) The novel twist to put lemon zest(?)/peel(?) in the skin itself really worked for me, as the peel's pleasant bitterness helped to balance the sorbet's sweetness! This would be nice for a summer afternoon or a picnic.”
