“These sleeves were a fantastic purchase, I have been wearing them since March and although I haven't figured out how to take them off yet my knees have never been so warm. I am not quite sure of their proper use, however, they have reduced knee pain in both gardening and my occasional trip down the local swimming baths. Thank you mr modifit for these Chinese knee traps.”

“worn these a few times and so fat they are great, can't fit them over my gym tights but when training at home in shorts they give me a bit more confidence on my back squat.”

here's a handy tip if you want to put them on over your tights and so they don't roll your tights up: 1. turn them inside out 2. put them on upside down, so the smaller end is just below your knee and the bigger end is by your ankle. 3. roll the bigger end up so that it goes over the knee and turns the sleeve the right way round. 4. it should now be on your knee without rolling your tights and/or making putting it on a lot easier!
