“Helps to keep my knees supported and at a warm temperature during squats. I also use them on my shins to protect them from scraping when I deadlift too. Very good service from modifying in terms of delivery.”

“I bought one pair of sleeves for knees and a smaller pair for elbows. The only thing I can fault is the xs I bought for elbows are super tight compared to the tightness of the ones I bought for knees even though I chose sizes based on the size guide.”
