“The belt is fine, usual good quality and purchased to be a gift. The size was wrong and I have sent back to modifit to be exchanged. Unfortunately no one has returned my emails or answered the phone to discuss when this would be dispatched. Waiting over a week now and no exchanged item has been delivered and it seems impossible to contact anyone at the business for an update. Very poor service, still unclear on when i will receive my belt.”

Hi Adam Very sorry for the lack of contact. My daughter passed away 2 weeks ago and i've not been in work until today. Whilst our orders are dispatched by another company I handle all the returns / exchanges and man the phone / answer emails.
