“Measurement is crucial with these sleeves. They can be used over leggings or straight on your knee. They have a superb flex to aid in getting them on and off but retain a solid shape when on for support. I use them mainly for mid weight squats, they offer excellent stability and support. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to increase their mid-range squat weight or for improving form.”

“Measuring in 39cm around the knee, I thought I'd go with XL (XL being 39-42cm) and luckily it a was chance that made good. Whilst not cutting off the blood flow and not restricting walking, these sleeves are extremely comfortable, thick and give enough bounce at the bottom of your heavy squat to really make a noticeable difference on your first try. I was amazed at how much I was locked in and aided a new PB on 5x5 by 2.5kg. I'm not saying that this is going to work for everyone but the combinations of warmth, thickness and durability certainly upped my game. These are great sleeves and if you go with your actual size, are easy to get on and off yet perform at 100% of what you'd expect from these very well made, professional sleeves. Here's to a hell of a lot more heavy squatting. GVT here we come.”

“Another quality product from Modifit comparable to sleeves over twice the price of these! Feel brilliant, add stability, a small rebound effect can be noticed in the bottom of a squat, keep the knee joints nice and warm and i also think they look good as well!”
