“My belt arrived and its excellent quality But I tried it on and it didn't fit and I measured myself according to the instructions.I ordered a med per the waist sizing chart.The belt would not go around my waist way to small the sizin is not correct. So I contacted mobility and they said I could return it for an exchange but the shipping cost were gonna be quiet a bit so they suggested to try and sell it and reorder another one.Luckily I was able to find a lady at the gym that fit into it and she bought it from me for 40.00 .So I reodered another one hope this next one fits.”

Hi I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the sizing of the belt. If you can confirm what your measurement is around your belly button I can let you know if there’s an error in the product, as we’ve gone to extensive lengths to ensure accuracy in sizing. Please note, when measuring you should not rely on jeans size, as this will often be much different from the size at belly button. I can see that you ordered two and they both didn’t fit, so if you could let me know what the two measurements were I can check you were sent the correct sized belts. Best Regards Stuart

“Belt arrived within 2 days of order. Its exactly what i expected and couldn't wait to use it in the gym. Comfort is fantastic with the soft padding on the back. And feels great when doing squats and deadlifts. Measurements are exactly what is stated on the sizing guide so you can't go wrong when ordering.”
