“I'm just a beginner, I'd borrowed belts before but never owned one, and I didn't want to spend a fortune on it either. I have a 27.5" waist, I should have gone for the XS but went for a S after reading a review from someone with a smaller waist and they'd gone for a bigger size and said it was a good fit... if I were to re-order, I'd go for an XS, stick to the size chart - it's accurate. It's stiff, velcro is strong, and looks well made for the price. I'd recommend for a beginner / someone that works lifting into their regime but not as a main focus. I'm a happy customer... first order, well packed, quickly delivered with DPD (my favourite courier... you always know when it's coming!)”

“Very high quality material, correct sizing, comfortable to wear. Is slightly stiff material when first using but I expect that to loosen the more I use it. Good colour, good value for money”

“Initially this was a good belt for quick changeovers during Crossfit and other HIIT sessions where i needed a little extra support. But after a couple of weeks the velcro fastener started to slip and the belt loop tore. For lighter support, this is fine but i found i need a more robust belt that can take the knocks.”
