Hi Reece This is disappointing to see. Whilst we welcome feedback I feel this is unfair. You returned your belt to us having ordered an XS instead of 2XL. On the note you asked for an exchange (which we received after we reopened after Christmas). You then rung up 2 days ago to ask for a refund instead. I said I needed to check whether the exchange had been sent and as it hadn't I actioned a refund. Please note as you paid by card it can take 3-4 days for this money to go back into your account, which is why you've not had a refund after less than 48 hours of contacting us. “I come from a power lifting background, although I predominantly practice the Olympic lifts, my philosophy I brought forward from experience remains. I stopped using belts when for over 6 years and only recently started using belts on the rare occasion... I purchased this Velcro belt as a 'use when having a hard time' tool; Although initially skeptical about the wide back and narrow front the belt provides just enough support for heavy squats, clean and jerks, dead lifts etc.... But not to the extent of a power lifting belt (Two different tools). The belt it self is well made and feels like Modifit has not gone cheap on the materials as some manufactures do; It has earned a permanent spot in my gym 'arsenal' I have recently ordered the black version as this is a consistent width all around which for me is my personal preference, However I highly recommend this belt.”
