It's perfect for chilling food and drinks when traveling, can be used in a caravan or even taken camping. Supplied with both a UK mains plug and a 12 Volt car lighter socket. The electric cool box uses a Thermoelectric cooling system and chills up to a maximum of 20°C below ambient temperature. “Bought this primarily to use as the cooling unit for a homebrew beer keg chiller. I have tested the unit so far and am very happy with the performance as it was able to cool down to 14 degrees below ambient even on the Eco setting (possibly would go further, but I used a temperature controller). Looking forward to cool beer once the rest of the materials arrive!”
