I believe the parcel may have become lost or damaged and the courier has not made either you or ourselves aware of this. As far as we were aware there had been no issues as we had not heard otherwise.
If you can kindly reply back to our email as we have offered various options as a resolution to this unfortunate matter.

“This is a smaller size & I use it for picking up dog & pet sheep poop. I use the bigger one for horses as only one horse poop fits in this one - just! fine for shetlands though.I have had this make before & found them sturdy & longlasting.I do’ not use the long rake that comes with it as find it hard on my wrist & not accurate enough so I buy a thin tined short handled rake from gardening shop for it. Good product and great delivery service to Scotland.”
