I hope you wont mind me feeding back after my delivery. I appreciate my order is small, I want to offer your products in my self catering accommodation, a local welcome gift. Your hot chocolate is delicious.
Dpd delivered to the wrong address, I was in, I have contacted them, I tracked down the front door in the picture, the box was left on the doorstep in yesterday's heavy rain. The neighbours had kindly removed from the external packaging, the coffee packaging is damp, the inner two boxes are damp, but the products are OK. I only have 9 coffee bags when Im sure I ordered 10.
The neighbours were going to take to the local pub because there were no address details on the outside box.
I hope this is helpful to know perhaps for other customers too.
