“the coffee is very nice. the experience of purchasing it however, was not! what a shambles, you can no longer just come to your shop and buy something, you have to go through the drawn out process of pre ordering and paying, either on line or by phone. i did this only to receive an email an hour after i fetched it telling me that my coffee had been dispatched and if i would like to track it i could click on the attached link ….. really? it wasn’t dispatched, i fetched it and i didn’t need to track it as it was in the car with me. whatever is wrong with customers coming into the shop, paying for the goods and taking them. i guess it’s a left over idea from covid? sorry to be blunt but i feel it needs saying instead of moaning about it under my breath”
“This is the best decaf coffee I’ve ever had. I have tried so many over the years and always felt I’m penalised on flavour than people who drink “regular” coffee. I would choose this coffee over any other and will continue to use it”
