“I have regularly ordered your “West Country Original Blend” tea for over six years now, which is superb and (in my opinion) the finest tea on the market (I only wish you still sold it in 1.5kg bags) so I was excited to try some of your coffee. As coffee goes, it is perfectly satisfactory, and is really rather good with milk. However, my partner and I prefer black coffee, as a rule, and the coffee is a bit one dimensional. Perhaps I ought to try a slightly lighter roast next time?”
