“The tea is delicious, no question. The reason I'm leaving a 3 star review is because of the fact that the bags are very flimsy, you can't separate them without tearing one, so I've had to get a pair of scissors and cut them apart which was very tedious. You also have to be careful when brewing them as they can split in the cup.”

My heart sank when I realised it was to be delivered by DPD but thought maybe this time it would hopefully be okay especially as had ordered hot chocolate gifts for my granddaughters who I was visiting at the weekend. On Friday afternoon I couldn't believe the message from DPD that Gareth 'couldn't find my address' or 'I wasn't in' because I live in the middle of a long road all numbered sequentially and I had been working all day from home so KNOW he never turned up. Had to wait until Tuesday to pick it up from my 3 miles away Post Office with a wretched 'passport' so my granddaughters didn't get their treat. Brilliant tea, Miles, but you need to change your delivery contractor!!!”
