“Love the tea, but felt I had to reduce the rating by one star because of delivery taking so long. I find it unacceptable that the item was shipped by second-class mail during a widely publicised Royal Mail strike. I would have happily paid additional shipping costs, but do not recall being given that option. It won't prevent me from ordering again, but it does leave me a bit disappointed in the service provided.”
“This is the tastiest decaffeinated tea I've tried. It's not at all bitter, without being particularly sweet, just full of flavour. I hadn't realised that the other teas I was having were bitter until I tried this at a friend's house and it was so much nicer. So I've just bought a 240 unit box.”
