I had this tea at a customer's house whilst working and thought it was delicious however after purchasing some for myself I was disappointed. I tried using more bags and used a pot to give a longer brew time, but it just lacked the flavour. Can anyone tell me why?

I bought some tea whilst on holiday in Somerset last year and loved it. Have now purchased from the website and yes it is good. Not as strong as I remember but I'm enjoying it. Probably because I haven't had it for a while.

We discovered miles tea several years ago through my dad, who being a farmer tried most teas! But miles tea is the tea we stick with for taste, strength and west country flavour.

My first taste of Miles tea was on holiday 30 years or so ago whilst on holiday in Devon. After a pilgrimage to Miles office in Porlock I have drunk this great tea ever since , buying whilst on holiday’s and conveniently now by post .

I have always had Miles Tea since I found it when I lived in North Devon back in 1986 and I have continued to order it through moves through Devon to Dorset and to Kent and still think it is the best tea there is. I aim to buy it in envelopes soon aswell, so I can have it on the move. Thanks for still making it as it remains a constant in my life
