“I am a returning customer for your product which I find to be completely satisfactory. However,delivery of my order was not at all satisfactory. On 28th November I was informed by e-mail of a delivery time window for that day, but it did not happen, ( even though tracking had shown the delivery vehicle to be at an address approx. 1.5 miles away with my delivery being next in line! ). Then on 29th November another e-mail informed me of a delivery window for that day, but that also did not happen. Then on 30th November a (not so close ) neighbour delivered the parcel. It is of interest to note that in order for the couriers eventual delivery to have been made the vehicle would of necessity have had to pass within two metres of the reflective sign indicating the correct delivery address. It is also of interest that the courier concerned makes regular deliveries to this address and its close neighbours. Anyway, thank you for supplying these excellent tea bags.
