“We have been using your tea for around 10 years. We loved it when we visited Devon one year and no other tea comes anywhere near the taste. SO we started ordering online when we got home to East Sussex. The only thing is, we do get quite a few broken teabags. In the past we have had a whole new box of teabags free of charge but had the same thing happen. This has been the issue for the last two years or so, maybe since not using plastic? This is the reason for 4 stars.”

I was so impressed with the taste & strength of the tea & used to stock up whenever I visited her from east anglia. Needless to say when I discovered you could order online it was the icing on the cake! I then tried your fab hot chocolate (the best I’ve ever tasted & family & friends are now also addicted to this brand too). I also purchased your coffees & camomile & peppermint teas & in my opinion your brands are definitely the best I’ve ever tasted … and believe me I’m a tea addict & have tried many poor brands thst claim to be the best!
