“After being customers living in Somerset for many years we now live abroad and order and post to friends and relatives that will be visiting us. On this occasion, after a month it was not delivered. The Royal Mail labelled it 'NotCalled For'.
When we checked with Miles they refunded us but did not return the postage. I am staggered by the pettiness of this as it was only £3. However, the product is fantastic and we will buy again. The customer service team disappointed us.”
“I first had this tea in a hotel in Looe last year. It is wonderfully refreshing and I now prefer this to other brands. It tastes just like tea should. It’s a shame it’s not available in shops.
