“Since changing to loose tea and discovering Miles I’m afraid nothing tastes the same! We can’t even use up the box of tea bags we have left. The blend is perfect: not too bitter yet strong enough to let you know you’re drinking tea not flavoured water. Not changing back anytime soon!!”

“I have been buying my tea from Miles for nearly 40 years. In that time I have never had any problems with the company. They are extremely efficient and customer friendly. I rate the company highly and I would not go anywhere else for my tea.”
