“Haven't I written one of these before? Excellent, mild flavour. Suits me, I come back every time and have done so now for years; it's just a shame that Miles rebadged the stuff to Bright & Breezy; I felt that Mr Miles' Special Blend had class. Are you saying I'm not classy if I drink this coffee? Feels like it, no matter how well it matches my needs; feels more like the advertising crew couldn't think what to call it and plumped for a general, positive-sounding nothing-name. Why not call it Bright and Breezy Domestic Blend, while you're at it? "Nothing could sound more reliable and obviously nothing could suggest so much dreary economy." — Dorothy L. Sayers. Floor-sweepings name notwithstanding, this is not a floor-sweepings coffee*: it's mild and stylish and, whilst I am neither, to bask in its caffeinated glory is my pleasure. *If this IS a floor-sweepings coffee, then, as long as they strain out the insects and the rats' doings, I'm a happy man. Taste is for the toffs, after all, and I'm a toffee, not a toffer.”
